It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.

We at Atlas Vinifera, reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify the purchaser by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number provided. We will provide the purchaser with a full refund using the original payment method received. All orders are subject to stock being available. Vintages and prices are subject to change without notice. Please note, label images which show vintages does not necessarily indicate that we hold that vintage in stock.

No material from the site can be reproduced without the express permission of the owners of this site.

We at Atlas Vinifera understand that wine is a natural product which on occasion may be oxidised or tainted by TCA (corked). If you come across a wine that is oxidised or TCA affected (corked), we will happily replace or credit the amount of the affected purchase. However, we do require more than half of the bottle contents to be returned to us. In such an instance, we at Atlas Vinifera will cover the associated freights costs of the return.
