Italian food and wine pop-up
At 2pm on Sunday 10th September, 25 guests braved the slightly chilly, but sunny day to venture into the shop to experience five delicious courses of regional Italian cuisine from La Cucina di Sandra, matched to wines curated by Atlas Vinifera’s Abby Moret from the same areas.
Highlights included Prosciutto and Mozzarella Arancini paired with the crisp, green apple bubbles of Isola Augusta Prosecco and Sicilian Nero d’Avola with all its sweet cherries and spice notes matched with a course of Eggplant and Lamb meatballs with a warm tomato sauce.

We would very much like to thank all of the guests who bought tickets and attended our first pop up event, feedback was super positive and has the team here at Atlas Vinifera excited to consider pop up ventures in the future... and of course Alf and Sandra from La Cucina di Sandra for their delicious efforts organising this amazing collaboration.
